This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Kingz LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information associated with the REK Client Portal, my.realestatekingz.com, and related brokerage, transaction, document, communication, and account services. Separate third-party services may apply their own privacy policies.

We use information to authenticate users; operate and secure the portal; provide brokerage and transaction services; review listing, purchase, offer, counteroffer, investor, and wholesale submissions; communicate with clients; prepare and manage documents; coordinate signatures, payments, inspections, financing, title, closing, and other transaction activity; maintain records; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with legal and professional obligations; improve services; and protect Real Estate Kingz, clients, and other parties.

Information may be shared as reasonably necessary with Real Estate Kingz personnel and authorized contractors; transaction parties and their representatives; title, escrow, closing, lender, insurer, inspection, appraisal, legal, accounting, property, builder, and other service providers; identity, payment, communication, document, e-signature, hosting, storage, security, and technology providers; government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or professional authorities when required or permitted; and other parties with your direction, authorization, or as necessary to perform an agreement. We do not sell client portal information to third-party advertisers.
