Real Estate Kingz Client Portal Terms of Service
1. Portal purpose
The Real Estate Kingz Client Portal is a secure account environment for communicating with Real Estate Kingz LLC, reviewing transaction information, accessing documents, submitting property and offer information, and tracking matters associated with real estate services. Portal information is provided for convenience and does not replace a fully executed brokerage agreement, listing agreement, purchase contract, disclosure, settlement statement, title document, lender document, or other controlling instrument.
2. Brokerage review and no automatic transaction
A property, listing request, offer worksheet, counteroffer request, investor opportunity, wholesale opportunity, document, or message submitted through the portal is not automatically published, marketed, transmitted to another party, accepted, binding, or effective. Real Estate Kingz must review the submission and, when required, prepare or approve the appropriate agreement, disclosure, authorization, and transaction documentation.
3. Fees and compensation
Any commission, retainer, transaction fee, marketing charge, service fee, reimbursement, or other compensation is governed by the applicable written agreement and required disclosure. The portal does not independently establish or modify compensation.
4. Client accuracy and authority
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to submit information only for property or transactions for which you have lawful authority. Entity, trust, estate, partnership, investor, and wholesale users may be required to provide authority documents, identity verification, ownership evidence, contracts, disclosures, or other supporting materials before Real Estate Kingz acts on a submission.
5. Electronic communications and signatures
You consent to receiving portal, email, telephone, and text communications related to your account and transactions as permitted by law and your communication preferences. Electronic-signature activity may be completed through an approved third-party provider and may be subject to separate provider terms and consent requirements.
6. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, using a secure device and network, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account except through an authorized collaboration feature approved by Real Estate Kingz.
7. Account closure, deletion requests, and record retention
You may request account closure by contacting Real Estate Kingz support. Client accounts and portal access are closed or removed only by an authorized administrator. Real Estate Kingz may retain, preserve, or archive transaction files, communications, identity-verification information, payment records, contracts, disclosures, audit logs, and other records for the period required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, professional rule, litigation hold, insurance requirement, tax or accounting obligation, fraud prevention, security, contractual obligation, or legitimate business need. Account closure or a deletion request does not require Real Estate Kingz to erase records that must or may lawfully be retained. Information not subject to a retention obligation may be deleted or de-identified in accordance with company policy.
8. Investor and wholesale submissions
Investor and wholesale submissions are private submissions for review. No portal submission authorizes public advertising, assignment marketing, brokerage activity, solicitation, or distribution to third parties. Users remain responsible for compliance with applicable licensing, disclosure, contract, advertising, consumer-protection, and property laws. Real Estate Kingz may reject, suspend, or require additional review of any submission.
9. Property and market information
Values, estimates, status information, timelines, property details, market information, and dashboard calculations may be incomplete, delayed, or based on third-party data. They are not an appraisal, survey, title opinion, legal opinion, tax advice, engineering opinion, environmental assessment, zoning determination, or guarantee of value, condition, access, use, financing, insurability, or closing.
10. Availability and third-party services
The portal may connect with payment, identity, document, e-signature, title, lender, data, mapping, storage, communication, or other third-party systems. Real Estate Kingz does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or restrict portal features for maintenance, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the portal to submit false, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory, unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content; attempt to access another client’s information; interfere with security; upload malware; scrape data; or use portal information for an unauthorized purpose.
12. Controlling agreements and changes
If these portal terms conflict with an executed transaction or brokerage agreement, the executed agreement controls for that matter. Real Estate Kingz may revise these portal terms and require acceptance of a new version before continued portal use.
